When was your company established, and where is it located?
Our company was established in 2015 in Tirana, Albania. We operate with two warehouses located near the East Ring Road.
What products do you offer?
We provide:
- Clothing: From casual wear to formal and event outfits.
- Footwear: Seasonal styles, including sneakers, shoes, and boots.
- Accessories: Bags, hats, belts, sunglasses, jewelry, etc.
Which brands do you represent?
We offer products from internationally renowned brands, including: Zalando, Adidas, Nike, Sportwear, Prettylittlething, Boohoo, H&M, Zara, Bestseller, Nakd, Karen Millen, Ohpolly, Leger, Loavis, and more.
Are your products original?
Yes, our products are 100% original and come from carefully selected stock. These include:
- End-of-collection items.
- Unsold store merchandise.
- Pre-production models.
- Customer returns, which may have minor defects.
Why might some products lack labels?
Due to their policies, some manufacturers may remove internal and external labels from the products.
How is your stock organized?
The clothing is packed in bundles according to brand and stock characteristics. Each bundle ranges from 100 to 170 kg.
What is the minimum order quantity?
In Albania and Kosovo: 100-120 kg, depending on the selected package.
In Europe: 300 kg.
What are your delivery times?
Albania: 24 hours.
Kosovo: 1-3 days.
Europe: Delivery times depend on the destination.
Can I choose individual products from the packages?
No, customers can only select packages by brand but cannot choose individual items.
Can I visit your warehouse?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our warehouses to view the collections in person. Our team is ready to help customize your order according to your business needs.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship goods across Europe and can accommodate special orders based on customer requests.
